So, like, I'm SORRY this is all belated and stuff. And I really meant to actually get a cake (like everyone else) and celebrate our Neeners birthday, but I didn't. Okay? I'm sorry, Nino. I love ya, and all, but I didn't. And I'm sorry this is a belated birthday message, but here's the magic of it, I really do wish you a happy birthday!!!

You were born... that special member of Arashi: slightly sarcastic and cynical-seeming member, who was not quite baka enough (you are always too busy pointing out the bakaness of every one else, especially Aiba, lol). But we know that you truly are a romantic. An artist. Your kick-a$$ acting skillz pwn. Oh, and you on the guitar? You ROCK, buddy!!

So I'm here to wish you a happy Tanjobi, right? Congrats, I bless you with all the best of love, life, and happiness -- all the good stuff, buddy, ol' pal.

So here's to... well, our Nemo! ;)

American/West-Coast Arashi Fans Meetup?

Just wondering, okay, after the whole USC thing, and I notice lots of other countries are doing Arashi fan meet ups. Shouldn't we have some in the US, too? if not just to fangirl, but yeah... actually, just to fangirl, haha. And talk about Arashi.

So, I'm thinking we should have one this summer... I was stumped to pick a day, but then I realized:

Matsumoto Jun's birthday is in the summer! August 30th, to be exact. I checked the calendar: August 30 is on a SATURDAY this year!! How perfect is that? And it was because of MatsuJun that we all met up in the first place at USC (the Arashi Secret Agency).

As for the location? Um... how about... Disneyland? Or if not Disneyland, Downtown Disney is cool, too. I dunno, I just was trying to think of a landmark place. *cough* Never mind that I can drive to Disneyland if need be, haha. ;) If this turns out to be an annual thing, we can suggest another place.

Soo... I'm a bit hesitant about posting this to the Arashi group on Vox YET, but I wanted to see if there were people interested in doing this?

See... I have a hard time expressing what Aiba means to me. Or, who he is, his essence. But I stumbled on this video posted on the live journal group, Aiba Daily, and it hit me: this is what I mean!! This is our lovable, adorable Aiba!!! *huggles* And, to quote that one 80s song I've been listening to on repeat: "I Just Can't Get Enough!" hehe. XD

Well, the video artist *cough* and I say artist deliberately... because it's art to try to express something... and even more to have it come out right, which I think she did, permitted me to repost on my Vox. Here's the video

I would like to express how grateful I was to see that so many of you had participated in the special screening of our movie at the distinguished University of Southern California. Your warm welcome greatly moved me.
The discussion session I had with all of you after the screening became a valuable experience. I wished to talk to more of you, but with limited time, I could not answer to all the raised hands and that is something I still regret, even now. The messages I received were all enormous encouragement to me and along with your smiles I will cherish them for the rest of my life.
